Kristin Birkeland offers coaching for individuals, groups and teams. She has also used coaching methods at a conference to help the participants integrate their learning for the day and focus on what difference this will have for the future.

The purpose is to strengthen each individual, relationships, liberate energy and deepen the consciousness.

Your own resources are activated. Artbased approaches in the coaching creates a dynamic process to contain the complexity and learning for all involved. You do not have to be a skillful artist to be involved, but use your senses to create the art.

Procesleaders at the KaosPilots
Kristin Birkeland is today hired back at the KaosPilot University as Team-Coach for Team 15 plus. She has been that since late July this year. 13 students from the former KP school in Stockholm and former KP school in Rotterdam came to Århus to continue their studies with focus on the semester; Process-leadership. The assignment is to be responsible for the students semester,- and to coach their process-leadership as a team and individually. A very unique learning environment has been established within Team 15 plus. Besides this and involving external lectures, Kristin has thought this subjects: The discipline of Process-leadership, life-affirming communication and artbased-coaching. The students are now doing process-assignments for different organizations and will have their exam in January. If you want to have Kristin as a team-coach for your colleagues or team, she is available after January 2010.
